Σύμφωνα με ρεπορτάζ του "Goal.com", ο Μάρκο Σίλβα είναι ο βασικός υποψήφιος για να αντικαταστήσει τον Μπρούνο Λάγκε στην τεχνική ηγεσία της Μπενφίκα.

Η κακή πορεία της Μπενφίκα μετά την επανέναρξη της Liga NOS είναι πιθανό να στοιχίσει στον προπονητή της ομάδας, Μπρούνο Λάγκε. Οι "Αετοί της Λισαβόνας" δεν εκμεταλλεύτηκαν την γκέλα της Πόρτο στον πρώτο αγώνα μετά την επανεκκίνηση του πρωταθλήματος, ενώ την Τετάρτη (10/06) αναδείχθηκαν ισόπαλοι 2-2 με την Πορτιμονένσε.

Σε περίπτωση που το πρωτάθλημα δεν καταλήξει στη Λισαβόνα αλλά στο... Πόρτο, τότε η αποχώρηση του Λάγκε πρέπει να θεωρείται δεδομένη. Μάλιστα, ήδη ακούγεται έντονα το όνομα του Μάρκο Σίλβα, ως υποψήφιου για να αντικαταστήσει τον 44χρονο τεχνικό, σύμφωνα με ρεπορτάζ του " Goal.com".

Ο πρώην προπονητής του Ολυμπιακού αποχώρησε από την Έβερτον τον περασμένο Δεκέμβριο ύστερα από 1,5 χρόνο στο τιμόνι των "ζαχαρωτών" και αναζητά τον επόμενο σταθμό της καριέρας του. Κατά το παρελθόν, το όνομά του είχε βρεθεί ξανά στα ρεπορτάζ της Μπενφίκα, αλλά η περίπτωσή του δεν προχώρησε, καθώς ο 42χρονος τεχνικός προτιμούσε να κυνηγήσει μία καριέρα στην Premier League.
